I agree with all 5 of jnjc's propositions. Not everything boils down to opinion. We can make objective claims about web design. For example, your 56k comment was remarkably untrue. There is an unbelievable amount of evidence/reason to back that up as well. jnjc was merely correcting some things, and although he wasn't trying to engage in a debate with you, I'm sure the overwhelming majority of professional web designers would agree with every refutation that he posted.
