Forum Rules

General Rules

1. Rude, offensive or threatening comments will not be tolerated! The WDF (Web Design Forum) staff has a zero tolerance policy on forum wars.

2. Posting of adult material is not authorized. Our audience includes users of all ages and as such adult material is not appropriate here.

3. Posting illegal materials or material depicting illegal activity is not authorized.

4. Double posting of the same topic in multiple forums is not authorized. Please check and see which forum is most appropriate for your topic and post accordingly.

5. The WDF staff has the right to moderate the content posted within these forums. Users are expected to respect the decisions made by our staff. If you have a complaint or disagree with a decision that has been made, please contact the staff directly via PM.

Signature Rules

1. Signatures may not exceed 5 lines at a resolution of 800x600.

2. Signatures may not contain more than two font colors.

3. The max authorized font size for signatures is 2.

Advertising Rules

1. Unauthorized advertising of your site or services in posts will be considered spam.

2. Posting of spam is considered grounds for immediate termination of all services rendered, without notice.

3. Misuse of the Private Messaging system to send out advertisements or spam will not be tolerated and is considered grounds for immediate termination of services rendered. Any member who receives such messages is ask to report such activity directly to WDF staff.

4. You are authorized to advertise your web site in the form of a simple text link (such as: Web Design Forum) within your signature. "No Viagra or other pharmaceutical products in signatures, no adult links or links to illegal content.

5. The direct advertisement of a product or service in a users signature is not allowed.


Specialty Forums

Web Trader Rules

1. You must have a minimum of 10 quality posts in order to start a new topic in the Web Trader Offers forum.

2. You must have a minimum of 10 quality posts in order to reply to topics in the Web Trader Requests forum.

3. You may create no more than 1 topic per month in the Web Trader Offers and Requests forums.

Web Site Reviews Rules

1. In order to avoid abuse, users are limited to one topic in this forum per month.

1. By registering for a free account with WDF you are subject to the rules contained within this announcement.

2. By posting comments or opening new topics on WDF you agree to these terms.
