Default free domain name for life

MarbleHost.com offers free domain for life. It's a bonus for using their shared services. What do you guys think of this offer? Is it worth to be tried?

How many web hosts do you use?
I thought you were happy with the ones you have already mentioned before?
a free domain with hosting is nothing special, most web hosts offer that these days.

Make sure there's 100% Client Ownership for a domain name that a company offers stated in the hosts's TOS, this guarantees you'll be able to transfer it the minute you decide to leave their hosting.
This is what is offered in Lunarpages.com and Hostww.net shared plans.

Does HostWW.net offer a free domain registration for only three months? Or have I missed anything?
HostWW trial period judges about their concern of their clients needs as using it they may decide to use them further or not.

Hm ... a trial period is always welcome. And it's a big plus for HostWW.net services. I have seen that they provide domain registration of generic domains, am I right? Or is it only for those who use hosting services from them?

Don't register your domain via a provider, it's necessary to check if a domain that Hostww.net or any other company like this offers is 100% client-owned, you can find this info in their TOS.

First look that is there any condition or something. Still I'll tell don't take domain from a hosting service, and that's not any reason to chose the above mentioned hosting service.
The most established hosts are also giving these type of offers nowadays, then whats special about that ?

I have read about 000webhost, they seem to be a popular free host. Is the link in the post affiliate?

As for the companies with free doamins in the packages Webhostgiant.com may be one of the most successful among them.
They are offering shared plans with free domains included and 50%off their deals.

There are companies with the opposite deals where you register a domain via a registration service provider and get their hosting for free, say you can find this in Sibername.com plans.

In reality this offer from MMhosting.com sounds great. But I have one question to the clients of this company - who has all rights on this free domain?
