How do i use frontpage/dreanweaver with Photoshop graphics

Have you tried the help feature? Perhaps go to the library and borrow one of those Frontpage in 24 hours books. I doubt you can explain how to use either of those programs within the scope of a post.

I'm with Ian on that...your question made it sound like you were clueless as how to use either and i think he was stating that a book would be far easier than going back and forth with posts on the forum.
