How Got Max traffic?

hi friends,
I know seo litte bit but not professional.I want to know that how got max traffic.I heard that within 15 days we canget PR easily.Any Idea?

There are many ways how to increase site' trafic. If you speak about seo services, it takes much more then 15 days, it is around 1 month or more. PR is one significant element of qualitative seo.

I think that it is imposible to get any PR quickly in the quick way, because any SE is big and Google as well and intert. For now if you are in luck it takes for 3-4 month to get any PR
