As for me, I would rather use paid hosting instead of free, because I get to know that you will have some problems with free hosting, for instance, low speed connection, support staff is overskilled and so on. I think it`s better to use cheap paid hosting instead of not good free hosting.

Most ppl would agree on that...

A hosting package should be determined by what type of stuff is hosted...
