Thank you for those great questions and excellent points. I will try to answer your questions in order and to the best of my ability.

Why would I want to pay you $34.95 for three documents when for a few dollars more, I can get the latest copy of "Broderbund Business Lawyer" which contains those documents plus a number of other documents that may be needed to run your business?

Our Reseller Protection Kit was designed exclusively for Web Host Resellers to meet their needs and concerns. It was prepared by a veteran technology lawyer, with over 12 years of experience in all aspects business law, including protection of intellectual property, drafting and negotiation of service contracts, drafting of standard terms and conditions for Web based services, and Web site legal compliance. Unfortunately, I have no idea who prepared the legal templates that are in the Broderbund Business Lawyer kit. It could have been first year law students. So, with our legal templates, you are making an investment in your business as well as receiving quality legal templates geared towards protecting you, the web host reseller. In addition, not only do you receive the three most important legal documents for any web host reseller, for just $34.99, you also receive FAQ, Set Up/Order Form, About/Contact Us templates as well.

So, if say, I wanted to get the hosting templates plus the web design templates, that's 34.99 + 24.99 = $59.98. Ummmm... at that point wouldn't I be losing money along with the fact that there are other documents that may be needed and are provided by the software package?

Excellent point. Again, I would have to respond similarly as I did above. However, in the next few weeks, we will be offering a special for both our Reseller Protection Kit and Webmaster/WebDesigner Protection Kit.

Finally, we do offer generic legal forms with our Megaeforms Legal Kit (MLK), which contains more than 100 various legal documents. In the past, we have “bundled” MLK, with our Reseller Protection Kit free of charge. We will be offering that special in the near future.
