"develop sites" means what? If you means search engine ranking you may perform some SEO. if you mean listing in search engines try search engine submission service.

That's why you have to research about it. Start with the basics of SEO like submissions, writing, etc.
You really have to work to be able to have your website appear in search engines. If you are about to give up, then there are many services now available |
