Smile sitemaps

Yes, http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/, is very good. You just have to write your url, and you will get 5-7 sitemaps in different formats (xml, txt, html)
We've used this site to create the sitemap for our web site. Unfortunately, you can get only one link from a flash web site

The XML sitemap site above will actually output a Google sitemap, text sitemap for yahoo, and ror format for general search engines. You can also use their html version but I recommend actually creating one yourself that intergrates well with your web design.

You do not want a sitemap that is not user friendly and it may turn them off it if does not match your site.
