doesnt look like it is laid out very well.
The text from the each of the 3 colums is too close to each other.

well, it looks good. You seam to have good quality content. Maybe I would't use that much tables in the code. I'm sort of a fan of div tags.

A tip is to use much more CSS since that is amazing when it comes to layout design and it can really lift a websites appearance.

The menu on the top is great.

The headers in the boxes on the sides and in the middle could have a little bigger font. The visitors will find what they're looking for much easier and see what's inside of the box quickly.
