I want to try and start a business website, but all the code I need to do everything to make the website that I don't know would take weeks of regular reseach and I figured if I just post a request for people to just give it to me it will save a lot of time. I read in the sticky that members can only make one post in this area per month or something like that so I'll try and put everything I need to know in this one post.

Things I need to know how to do:

Allow people to create a page by choosing options from drop down boxes and for people to search for pages that match what options they chose in the drop down box. Like, if someone created a page with an option such as "used cars" and then someone did a search with the option "used cars" they would come up with a list of pages who chose that option.

Allow people to register to my website with user name and password and also enter personal and payment information seen only by site administrators.

People can set how long their page is up, and once that time is up the page is deleted and it redirects any links to it to a specail page made to let people know the page has expired and give options to look for other pages by that member or simular search.

Make it so people who pay on the site with a credit card have the money they used sent to a paypal account. (This is for quick transfer of money incase refunds are needed to be sent out. I can transfer it to a bank account when I know the payment is final.)

Have a group of links or buttons that change the color of the background and text on the site and they can choose different combinations for background and text color options. This will be useful since people have different taste for website color.

For people to join the site they have to click an activation link sent to the email they registered with.

People can post comments on certain member's pages and the member has the ability to remove any they wish.

This all I think I need to learn. I can modify code you give me to meet my specail needs if I have to. If there is other things you think I need to increase security on my website and for the information of registered members I would love to hear it. Also, if you have any useful information or advice for me that would be apresheated.

P.S. I use Dreamweaver 8 to create my pages, let me know if your code will not work well with it.
