I need some input on www.textcall.com!

I don't need a review of the site, I'm already in the middle of a re-design. What I need is a review of the service:

- Do you think this is a good idea?
- Would you use this service?
- *What kind of information is the website missing that you would like to know?
- What do you think about the cost?
- What don't you like about the service?

I'm looking forward to your opinion, good or bad.

I think it would be good to receive a sms as the website owner when someone manuallyfills out a contact form, not sure how useful it would be sending an automated message to the person who fills out the form.
