How do you "persaude" search engine that PR of homepage applies to whole site?

My home page PR varies between 3 and four yet many of the individual pages have a PR of zero.

Is there any way that I can "make" the PR of the individual pages and the home page the same?

get more inbound links to your pages with zero PR. You more than likely have all inbound links going to just your Homepage, so all other pages will always be less cause the home page just transfers PR to your other pages, but it can only transfer so much

haha, you need to pay more attention to the thing called internal cross linking - put links to inner pages from other inner pages and from the homepage + you need to make sure you have original taex there - this will most probably bring you a PR of 2...

Use related anchor text for an internal page, and link to it from blogs, articles, and other sites. You can also setup some blogs of your own, and import XML feeds to ensure regular content. That will build up the PR of the blog sites. Then you can use those for one-way linking to your sites that need PR.
