Hyperlink issue

Hi All,

I need an urgent help,I have tried many things to resolve the issue. I have designed a website based on template. Every thing is working fine but its last page "Contact Us" link is behaving weird. It expands and gives a bumpy effect to website as compare to other links. The website is www.effaar.com.au

Please have a look and advise me. I have tried on chrome, safari, IE8.

"Weird" - there are 5 hyperlinks on the top and 4 of them are quite smooth but When I click on "Contact" the whole header frame gives a 'bumpy" effect.

I have tried on Chrome.

Ok but WHAT is a "bumpy effect". Only you know what you mean by that, the rest of us have to guess what we are looking for.

I have tried five different browsers and don't see anything that qualifies as "weird" or "bumpy"
