Hello Everyone!

I apologize if a topic like this that has covered this, and I apologize if this is not the correct forum for this post; I searched and couldn't find anything directly relevant, so I hope this is okay!

So I was on the DollarShaveClub website and I noticed they have a "unique link" referral program (see attached image below). As I understand it, each user is given a "unique link" that they can then share on Facebook, Twitter, etc. If someone clicks on that link, and then buys something through that link, the original poster of the link (say, me) will get the referral credit. Is there a tool or program or developer that makes something like this? Any and all information relating to this would be extremely helpful, thanks! If a tool or program or something exists (anything to make this easier, I'm clearly no rocket scientist!) I would greatly appreciate it.

So I posted the imageshack link to the image I took of the referral page below. Basically I love everything about the look of this, and I'm wondering if there's a tool available that would go into the creation of something like this. Thanks again in advance for the help!
