Please Help! No Confidence and Lack of Knowledge!

I hope I am posting this in the right place. I apologize if I'm not.

I was wondering if you guys can help me? I am currently in the final stages of a Home Learning Web Design course. The problem is, I have lost all confidence in myself and feel like I am in a hole.

I am trying to design a 5 level interdependent select list. In addition to this, each selection made in each box, I would like sent to my email account to build up a table of results.

The problem is, I have no idea where to start!

Hi guys, sorry its been a while with no reply!

I cant give any script I have already set up because I have no idea where to start but I can give the link to a website (if admin permits it) that has something similar.

on the left hand side there are 5 select boxes, they update the choices to select from in the next box, depending on what was chosen in the first box and so on. I am looking to do something similar but with a select box, not a drop down menu. Then with the choices selected in each box I would like a button that sends the choices made to an email so that I can then collect the choices made in a database/spreadsheet.

I really appreciate all your input.

Hey guys

Since my first post I have found something like what I have been looking for. I have put the code into my webpage, however the code selections dont appear in the boxes. Any ideas?

Yes. But the problem I have is, the boxes display but the information doesnt display in the boxes, within my self made template
