I wouldn't put your budget in public view, it is asking for a substandard layout that exactly matches your budget.

Why does one.com OWN your domain name??? YOUR name should be on the registration as owner/registrant NOT your registrar or hosting provider. If their name is there as registrant rather than simply the registrar they can "hold you to ransom" when it comes having any changes done.

I do know that this is a problem in the entertainment world as we register names and host several artists and agents and have had to fight a couple of battles with other registrars/hosts to get their names released to us.
