The design is good but the colors needs some changes. Try something brighter. I think people will get confused your site to AutoCAD.

Great tip for you to get in the habit of creating logos in vector rather than raster. I'm not a huge fan of this though. Are these two seperate logos or one whole logo?

Also I don't think bright colors and effects are always the answer. Coders like simple code so simplicity may be your best bet. I'm not sure where your target is, but thats what I got from it.
