I'm planning on redoing the company website so would like some feedback on how it currently is. Hopefully any suggestions will get implemented into the new design.

I like the color scheme - it is different.
I love the tool tip in the nav.
I see some inline js - can that be made external? It would help with load times.
I like the sidebar consistency.
