not sure how you did it but it hasn't resized proportionally - your circle is almost an egg

I did what you said. I guess it is because I am sizing it 200px width and 100px height

I removed the style in the css and that fixed it. I also guess I clicked the chain wrong or something.

Try to use san serif type face rather than serif and coloring need to match the concept. Layout way too generic and looks like you use some kind of template.
