Default Current Page Indicator in CSS - Need Help

Question: How to create a page indicator on a single page website that uses anchors.

Hello there,

I'm familiar with creating a Current Page indicator for multiple page websites, but how do I go about creating a CSS Current Page indicator for a single page website that uses anchors? I would like to have sections of the menu highlighted depending on where the user is located on the page. Is that possible? This is my website, and that is where I would like to use this feature: http://www.fandangomediagroup.com

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
