Even though I am sure this is some sort of spam I will still address it. Outsourcing your website design is the largest mistake you can possibly think of. The quality of the work you will get out of India will be exactly what you pay for, fifth tier garbage. They can barely do SEO properly let alone design a professional website with the industry's latest techniques.

But you still have chances to find good web design companies in India too...and it is more cheaper. Some good US web design companies outsource their clients need on web design because they don't have time to do all the projects.

rubbish design, code and seo is cheap.

Cheapening your own work is not only detrimental to yourself, and your profession, but to your client as well.

Outsource at your own risk, and never outsource something close to your heart. Grunt work only.
