Hi, I'm a student at the South Western Career Academy, where I attend a media program. Every year we do these competitions. The only problem is our teachers hardly ever teach us web and when they do its very basic. So I've had to completely teach my self. The only way I know how to design a site is to go into photoshop, make it a certain size, then edit it in dreamweaver. But this year we want a site that has a design and is able to scroll, like disney's site, facebook, or a blog. Does anyone know how.?

Css for design, not photoshop and your site will behave and function like a "normal" site...
And it might be worth mentioning too (considering your treading down the dreaded psd>html path) that table layouts and ap divs are not a good way of doing things either...
