Default Logo criticism

Help me improve this, what needs to be done?

and yes it's a cleaning services company. Most cleaning services company logos look very cheap and my goal is to get it into the trends. So please help me steer this.

I would fix the kerning in "services" so the letters are not touching one another, and even it out in "cleaning". Try reducing the height on the house graphic, and you might be able to incorporate the "l" in cleaning with the chimney?

Design it in Illustrator and save it as an EPS file. Illustrator is the only "true" vector program because it uses calculation for each pixel where Photoshop, paint, and gimp do not.

You can test this theory by making a Red circle with 1px Black Stroke in Illustrator and any other program and then Zoom in and watch which one stays "true"

I would not use a full house image
I would get rid of the empty space, below the cse cleaning and also above it, up to the base of the rooftop, it looks too big.

This is an interesting logo. I think it is fantastically simple: I love that aspect. What I'm a bit uncomfortable with is the size of the house. I think text should be the main "thing" while the house should be secondary. Have you thought of a smaller house with text and the a logo with the house and just an acronym?

Thank you. House is still too big perhaps, but I don't really know how to give it a nice finish. Vectorising this thing was hard believe it or not I hate illustrator.
