Grrr, .svg refusing to display as background

First ever post, normally someone has been there and its been solved but at a dead end.

I have created a website redstubblecom.fatcow.com or www.redstubble.com. My page will not display the background on compatible browsers. Neither chrome, firefox nor opera show the svg as background.

I have made changes to the css and html to try and get it to work so please forgive the messy site, but can anyone help me display the logo?
