The place I work for pays someone else to manage our website. However, I was wondering if there was a hosting service anywhere that would host a news ticker w/ HTML code so we could send the HTML code to the website designers and then log onto the hosting site to update our ticker.

Example,

Site B hosts a simple news-scrllong-ticker-like script. I create an account on site B. I go in, edit the ticker, send it over to our webhost. The webhost pastes the HTML code that links back to site B where the ticker is hosted.

I want to update the ticker, so I log into site B . When I update it, it shows up as updated on our website--this eliminates the need to phone up the webhost whenever we want to announce anything/etc.

I know they have things like this for baby due dates, weight loss, weddings, etc, but i was wondering if there was a site that had a more news-type ticker for hosting.
