Default To get rid of boxes

Hello again!

Just started using Wordpress after, as you may have noticed, only writing in HTML and CSS. Therefore I'm new to PHP aswell.

It's all installed on my webhotel but I don't understand how to remove a box in my template. For example when I use html/css I just remove the code in the html file. But I don't realise how I'd do in PHP. I can't find the code and therefore I can't get rid of the box.

Am using Chrome to see what the different boxes is called (by using the review component tool) but I can't find it in the .php files.

I hope you understand what I'm looking for.
Thanks in advance,
Richard aka inkui
