I have a website which has been up for a long time, access has been free but it is taking a lot more BW than ever before. The sites are www.greatlyrics.info and lyric-time.com . The PHP site is in the root and my host default is HTML. I would like to build an html page that would allow for a user to register to be given access to to the PHP site. At this time there would be no charge but at later date would like to make a charge for membership using only Paypal. Once registered they would be given access. The traffic is getting heavy at times and from many countries. If this can be done and someone can supply a script and directions on how to make it work I would be willing to pay a reasonable amount for help.
Let me know your thoughts please.

You're probably better off posting a job on Elance.com ... you won't find anything as simple as a 'script' to get this done.

You could do a budget one with passworded folders and when someone pays manually give them the password and link... but that's super budget and not dynamic at all.

You need a server-side PHP programmer for this one! Not just a web designer )
