embedded video/lightwindow interference issues

Hi,

I recently created a website with a portfolio page. There are different sections, several of which are galleries to be viewed with lightwindow, and one category is videos, with just a single embedded (youtube) video as of now. When an image is clicked on to open in lightwindow, it is partially hidden behind the video (the lightbox somehow pops up behind the video). This only happens on a PC, to my knowledge, because it works fine on my mac (firefox was used on both the PC and mac). Nothing is absolutely positioned, I don't think, so it couldn't be a z-index issue...

I am totally clueless as to why this is happening. Any ideas?
