Please review and critique my layout / content.

Previously, strictly as a PHP/SQL programmer, I have now decided to take it to the next level and a web page was constructed for a corporation.

Please do what you can to tear this page apart and let me know what you think in terms of Layout, Content, and SEO.

here goes

it's pretty nasty!

can't read the text in the logo and it's too complicated
black background gives too much contrast to the white main content background

the pictures are ok but they look tacky with the poorly thought-out text plopped on top
too many glows and outlines and drop shadows! also the header Flash is too tall!

the buttons are awful - very 90s with way too heavy gradients and drop shadows as is the "unlock success now"

use left-aligned text (not fully justified) it's a lot easier to read on the web

consider using verdana instead of arial (?) and increase the line-height (space between lines of text)

try using #333 as text colour instead of black

your monthly deal is lost waaaay down the page

don't use tables for layout - you're going to have to learn some css i'm afraid
