Hi ...
Would appreciate you guys if you got a minute to take a look at my form design (for an online car insurance comparison site called CompareXpress.com) and drop me your feedback - A screencap of the form uploaded here: http://oi53.tinypic.com/2s0fi2v.jpg I tried to design something (very) user-friendly and attractive, so then users don't get bored filling a long online form like this. I'll use accordion dhtml to break the form into sections so upon first load, the user only sees the first section and the titles of the following section. This approach requires each section to be in its own parent container though.
Should the user's browser have JS disabled, it would 'degrade' into full view. As far as forms go though, it looks ok and I certainly wouldn't call it a long form.
