Post There is so much I don't know---images

I have animated gif's on our website. I am rearranging the site and want to use the same graphics. Dreamweaver tells me that the graphics are no longer supported by Explorer 8 and I need to delete them and reinsert them...

I have been trying to convert them to swf's or update them so that the browser will support them... I've downloaded Alero converter, but the trial version leaves a watermark...can anyone help me? Please...

You can try Gif2Swf converter if you're on a PC:

I think even GIMP, a free photo editing software, you can use it to convert those photos.
