Web developer looking for experience

Hey

I am a recent graduate from Penn Foster College with a diploma in web development. I am having some issues getting a job or starting up freelancing. I Have over 15 years of experiance working with computers, just not web based applications. I am looking to gain some experience if you have projexts that need to be done or are a web designer/developer that wants a helping hand I will be happy to work with you
