Yes, it's a good solution for online business. Outsourcing jobs is cheap. That's the main reason why many companies offshore some of their tasks to countries like India, Philippines, etc.

Outsourcing is definitely a great way to get more projects done quickly and cheaply. I guess I'm old school but my issue with outsourcing overseas has always been that I want to be able to meet someone face to face before deciding to do business with them. Additionally, I'm always concerned about whether they are using white hat SEO tactics. There was an article in INC magazine recently about a flower shop that outsourced link building to a company who was purchasing text links. Google found out that the links were purchased and banned the site. The flower shop estimated that they lost 4 million dollars because of it. I'm not saying outsourcing is bad just that I think people should do a great deal of investigating before jumping in bed with someone. Just my two cents.

Outsourcing cannot be helpful unless you find the one you trust.

Outsourcing is a risky thing to do. It's true that you may cut costs and save lots of time and money but as said, it's risky and you need to do careful steps and methods to achieve it.
Two of the most important things to consider is: 1. What to outsource 2. Whom to outsource These are important as these can really affect your business. You have to outsource the right activities since you just can't outsource something that can greatly impact your customers and business. You also have to get the right help since you are monitoring them at a distance and you need a reliable provider here. Take time to look for a reliable service provider--consider reviews and feedback. Carefully interviewing them is also a great thing to do.

Indeed Outsourcing is popular and it is also risky but remind yourself that you cannot be successful in anything you do if you don't take risks!
