Liking it, well done. The products page needs a couple of <BR> in at the bottom for consistency. Check your fonts. It may be you only used one font face, but I came away feeling my eyes had been trying to deal with mixed fonts, perhaps its just sizes and italics, but felt a bit jarring. Maybe the main links menu at the top could be a bit more interesting, without them being flashy big gel buttons or anything! Just a tweak. ?

I like it, it is clean and easy on the eyes.
I think the use of Flash here is fine; it's those sites that 100% flash that tend to annoy. You can setup padding within your CSS file, so that you don't have to: Code:
