Extensions crashed my system?

I clicked the "manage extensions" button in DW CS4 and added one.

After I restarted DW I noticed that my "Code/Split/Design" view options on the toolbar are gone, as well as my "Live View" and "preview in browser".

Has anyone had this happen? I can't figure out how to get the buttons back. I can physically click the "view > code" to get into code view, and "file > preview in browser" but I want the shortcuts back.

Help please! Thank you.

It wasn't the extensions and it didn't crash my system.

Somehow DW reset its preferences and all I had to do was click "view > toolbars > and check "document" which brought it all back.

I'm posting this in case anyone else has trouble with this.
