A simple doubt in wordpress

hello people..

I have a wordpress blog of my own on a shared hosting with a .com domain.

I need to add a feature with it just like squidoo.com where people can register on my blog and have avatar and start posting their articles or content..

Please guide me clearly with a perfect plugin ..

plugin which could do this on wordpress: "todomini forms"
or install a wordpress MU version it allows this.
