Problem With Email Form

Hi,

I am setting up my website and I am trying to put in a submit button for my newsletter. I had no problem with that, but when I test it and click on submit it comes up with a popup that tells me that this will be submitted by my email and then brings up my email program. I don't think it is supposed to do this. Can anyone tell me the correct way to set this up.

Is it a modded contact form style tht opens outlook when you click?
