Question How to remove the info bar?

Hi everyone,

I'm a brazilian guy and before anything I would like to sorry for my bad english. But I need some help, and I didn't found any good brazilian forum for webdesigners.
My problem is: I've putted a flash game into my page, but every time that anyone visit this page, a message appear in the top saying "To help protect your security, the Internet Explorer has restricted this webpage from running scripts or ActiveX control that can access your computer. Click here for information ...". Clicking and chosing "Allow blocked content" the game can be played. But I don't want to this info bar appear. Can anyone help me?

Thanks.
